Creating a resource of trust and safety for a vulnerable community

TitoparaTi is an accident victims advocacy group with a mission to create a system of support for accident victims to get the justice they deserve.

Founded in the pre-internet era, this company served a primarily Spanish-speaking clientele through TV and radio ads directing callers to a single phone number. We partnered with them to modernize their offering and digital presence by creating a responsive website, functioning in English and Spanish, that engendered a sense of trust and confidence for their vulnerable audience.

We created a web and mobile experience that furthers the brand’s story in a cinematic way, using video content and modern UI to gain trust so that site visitors can easily get connected and become clients.

Background

For over 40 years, Tito Alvarez has helped California families find real legal support after accidents. As the heart behind TitoparaTi, he offers free, honest guidance to connect you with attorneys who truly fight for you.

His hard-earned wisdom became the foundation of TitoParaTi, a revolutionary brand built to protect families from predatory legal marketing. Rooted in the Hispanic community but now embraced by Californians of all backgrounds, TitoParaTi is California’s only 100% free legal advocacy service.

The web experience needed to extend the presence of Tito and what he and TitoparaTi stands for, letting all users feel as though they are safe and cared for just as if they were talking to Tito personally.

Design System

We opted to create a design system that can scale with the project, ensuring that all digital elements of the brand remain cohesive as TitoparaTI expands not only its website but its entire presence online, and in future applications.

Bilingual Responsive Design

One of the site’s most important functions was to serve a community that are not native english speakers. We created a site that was harmonious in both design and function in english and spanish languages, and equipped the navigation with buttons to easily change from one to the other.
