Savannah-based Southern Belle Vacation Rentals engaged NatMatt Studio to evolve their brand positioning, expanding their appeal beyond travelers to include homeowners exploring property management services. We began with a refined messaging strategy designed to clearly articulate value to both audiences without diluting brand voice.

From there, we translated that strategy into a cohesive physical brand presence, designing window installations, exterior signage, vehicle graphics / wraps, and supporting collateral. The outcome is a confident, highly visible identity that strengthens trust within the community and supports continued portfolio growth.
